Over the course of the CCAA proceedings, the Monitor has actively overseen the debtor’s restructuring efforts, including the negotiation of interim financing arrangements and coordination of litigation strategy within the CCAA framework. The Monitor has facilitated the development of a procedural schedule for the adjudication of contractual disputes with Mercy Falls Films, LLC, ensuring that litigation proceeds efficiently within the CCAA process.
