TD Bank completes first EUR covered bond issuance of the year for €3B
On September 9, 2025, TD Bank announced its completion of its €3 billion covered bond offering, its first EUR covered bond issuance of the year. The offering consisted of 3-year Series CBL78 €1.75 billion 2.442% covered bonds due September 8, 2028 and 7-year CBL79 €1.25 billion 2.973% covered bonds due September 9, 2032.
