Sayona Mining Ltd. and Piedmont Lithium Inc. complete merger to create Elevra Lithium

On August 29, 2025, Sayona Mining Limited ("Sayona") and Piedmont Lithium Inc. ("Piedmont") completed the previously announced definitive agreement to merge the two companies. The combined company, Elevra Lithium, consolidates aligned resources to establish a significant presence in the hard-rock lithium industry.

Sayona Mining is an emerging lithium producer based in Australia, with operations in Quebec and Australia.
