Gold Fields Netherlands Services B.V. makes strategic investment in Founders Metals Inc. for C$50M

On November 10, 2025, Gold Fields Netherlands Services B.V., an affiliate of Gold Fields Limited (“Gold Fields”), completed its strategic investment in Founders Metals Inc. ("Founders") for aggregate gross proceeds of C$50 million. Founders issued 12,048,193 common shares at a price of C$4.15 per common share. The funds from this investment will go towards land consolidation, regional exploration activities, working capital, and general business needs for the Antino Gold Project in southeastern Suriname. In connection with the investment, Gold Fields and Founders have entered into an investor rights agreement to govern their relationship.
Gold Fields, headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa, operates as a global gold producer with nine active mines across Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Chile, and Peru, plus one development project in Canada.
Founders, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada is an exploration company dedicated to advancing the Antino Gold Project in Suriname, situated in the Guiana Shield region of South America.
