CIBC closes offering of GBP£1.25B Series CBL63 Floating Rate Covered Bonds

On September 12, 2025, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) closed its offering of GBP£1.25 billion Series CBL63 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due September, 2028, (the “Covered Bonds”). The Covered Bonds were issued pursuant to CIBC's CAD$60 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
