CIBC closes its offering of GBP£200M Series CBL56 Tranche 2 Floating Rate Covered Bonds

On July 30, 2025, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) closed its offering of GBP£200 million Series CBL56 Tranche 2 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due October, 2029, (the “Covered Bonds”) to be consolidated to form a single series with the GBP£800 million Floating Rate Series CBL56 Tranche 1 Covered Bonds, issued on October 10, 2024. The Covered Bonds were issued pursuant to CIBC's CAD$60 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
