Cadence Consortium and CDPQ Infra on the development of the Alto High-Speed Rail Network Project

McCarthy Tétrault advised Cadence, a CDPQ Infra-led consortium including Air Canada, AtkinsRéalis, Keolis, SNCF Voyageurs and Systra, in its winning bid to develop the Alto High Speed Rail Project. The Alto Project includes the multi-billion dollar development, financing, construction and long-term maintenance and operation of a new intercity passenger rail system of over 1,000 km, with new and upgraded rights-of-way, tracks, structures, stations, rolling stock and rail systems in the Provinces of Ontario and Québec, including stations in Toronto, Peterborough, Ottawa, Montréal, Laval, Trois-Rivières and Québec.
