On September 19, 2025, we assisted the dealers in Athene Global Funding's offering of C$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.609% Senior Secured Medium Term Notes, due September 19, 2035. The dealers consisted of  BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
